Since 2009, DG Carriage Masters in Wrexham, Wales, has supported the funeral profession with vehicle hire, repatriation and transportation services across the UK. The family-run firm is owned by husband and wife team, Dylan and Gaynor Williams, and Dylan’s son, Rhys Williams.
DG Carriage Masters recently took delivery of a quality used Mercedes E-Class Binz hearse from Superior UK Automotive Ltd. Their fleet now includes two Binz hearses, two Binz limousines, and a repatriation vehicle all in matching black metallic paintwork.
Director Gaynor Willams explains how customer service makes all the difference for a small business and why Superior UK are now their ‘go-to’ fleet supplier.
Gaynor commented, ‘We were looking to upgrade and replace one of our older Binz hearses, and although we understand these vehicles can be difficult to get hold of, we tried for some time with other companies and were disappointed with the lack of effort and communication.’
When Gaynor called Superior’s Greg Platt, he was able to source a perfect match for their requirements, a pristine Binz hearse that would soon be coming into stock. Gaynor and Dylan decided to secure the vehicle and eagerly awaited its arrival.
Gaynor commented, ‘Greg was great – nothing was too much. He has done business with other Funeral Directors we know, and we trusted Superior’s good reputation enough to put down a deposit on a hearse we had not seen yet.’
She added, ‘We were not disappointed; Greg followed up with us throughout the order and delivered the hearse personally – we were thrilled – it was immaculate, the deck looked stunning under the LED lights, and the bespoke draw for a wheeled bier fits our needs perfectly’.
