Neil Middlehurst Independent Family Funeral Director, based in St Helens, Merseyside has just taken delivery of a stunning black Mercedes-Benz limousine – the firm’s first Mercedes vehicle from Superior UK Automotive Ltd.
This popular and well-respected funeral firm is run by owner and Funeral Director Neil Middlehurst and fellow Funeral Director Lorraine Thomas. Lorraine explains why the firm decided to make the move to Mercedes.
Lorraine commented, “We have always admired Mercedes-Benz vehicles and decided the time was right to upgrade our fleet so we put a call into Superior UK – we were aware of their good reputation for top quality vehicles and excellent service and we were not disappointed.”
Before moving to Mercedes, Neil Middlehurst ran a Ford fleet, including a Ford Cardinal Hearse and a Ford Dorchester Limousine, serving families of St Helens and surrounding villages.
Lorraine commented, “We are one of the only truly independent funeral directors in the area, we work hard to ensure families receive a truly bespoke and personalised service dealing with myself and Neil directly throughout the whole process.”, she added, “We want to give our families the very best we can offer and that includes our vehicles – hence the decision to take the step up to Mercedes”
When Neil and Lorraine took delivery of their Mercedes limousine with upgrades including new alloy wheels and a chrome front grille they were thrilled.
