Professional removal vehicle with Superior decking a ‘game-changer’ for Price & Son

Since Grantham-based Price & Son first opened its doors in 2019, owners Jason and Kirsty Price have worked hard to establish their reputation as dedicated and trusted family-run funeral directors. The pair are now planning to upgrade their full fleet of funeral vehicles and have recently taken delivery of a quality used Ford Transit removal vehicle from Superior UK Automotive Ltd.

Jason Price explains plans for upgrading his fleet and why a Superior removal vehicle was the right choice for his business. Jason commented, “We are only 4 years in business, however, having worked in the industry for over 20 years now I understand that first impressions count and that the vehicles we run are an important part of that”. He added, “we always knew we had to take that next step up and decided it was time to bring on a dedicated removal vehicle and then begin upgrading the rest of our fleet”.

Jason spoke with Greg Platt at Superior UK about removal vehicles to suit their budget and was thrilled to be offered an immaculate used Ford Transit Custom fitted with the Superior ‘Rise&Fall’ decking system in modern grey laminate.

“We had been let down by other suppliers and so when our Transit arrived we were delighted – it was immaculate inside and out and has been a real game-changer for us,” said Jason, “the decking system is just superb, so easy to use and professional in terms of both functionality and aesthetics – perfectly fit for purpose and makes the right impression at first contact with families”.

Looking to the future of the business the family are clear that they intend to remain a single branch independent delivering professional funerals to the community with that personal small business touch.

Jason commented, “We are proud to be the first choice for families in the Grantham area and when it comes to vehicles our first choice is Superior UK – the service we experienced with Greg was second to none and we look forward to discussing the rest of our fleet in the near future”.
