Superior Automotive at the National Funeral Exhibition

Superior Automotive at the National Funeral Exhibition

We had a fantastic time exhibiting at the NFE (National Funeral Exhibition) – the funeral industry’s biggest and most prestigious UK event. As always, we took a lot of vehicles with us to show off on our large stand. Stars of the show for us turned out to be the new Pilato hearse and the Citan removal vehicle.

As well as funeral vehicles, we also took a beautiful red SL-class Mercedes Benz. We recognise that the NFE is a family-friendly show, and lots of our funeral director clients bring their other halves and children along with them. The SL-class was our way of offering family members something a little bit different to look at, sit in and coo over! It certainly catches the eye, and shows that we can offer clients personal and fleet vehicles as well as funeral vehicles.

Here’s a couple of pictures of the new Pilato hearse with its beautiful Italian styling. As one fan on the Superior Automotive Twitter feed suggested – is silver the future of funeral vehicles?

Everyone exhibiting at the show seemed to have a very positive experience. Attendance was strong and consistent across the three days of the show, and we went home with 18 confirmed new vehicle orders, which is definitely worth celebrating.

We took a lot of photos at the show which are on the Superior Automotive Facebook page: of the Superior UK Automotive stand and vehicles, but also of the (sometimes weird) sights at the show! Take a look and feel free to share the images/album or leave a comment.

We’d like to thank not only David Hyde and his team for making the National Funeral Exhibition 2013 such a great experience, but all of you too. It was great to see so many of you and to get the chance to talk to you about your business, your plans and your views on the future of the funeral industry. We are truly proud to be part of the industry and of your successes. Thank you all for your support.

Here’s to the 2015 show!

Were you at the NFE 2013? What were your highlights?
